19 Agency to pay competitors’ expenses (1) This section applies if a place stated under paragraph 17 (2) (a) is more than 50 kilometres from the place where the request is received. (2) The Agency must offer to pay the reasonable expenses of the competitor incurred in travelling from the place where the request was received to the stated place. (3) The Agency may also offer to pay the reasonable expenses of the competitor incurred in travelling from the place where the request was received to the stated place if it is otherwise reasonable to do so.
