12 Conflict of interest — Agency representatives (1) The Agency must make sure that the conditions of service applicable to Agency representatives require the representatives to report to the Agency any personal interest in the collection or outcome of the testing of a sample given by a competitor. (2) If an Agency representative reports a personal interest in the collection or outcome of the testing of a sample given by a competitor, the Agency may direct another Agency representative to carry out the duties of the Agency representative in relation to the collection or testing of a sample given by the competitor. > Note For the meaning of personal interest, see r 4.
