66Accredited laboratories

#### 66 Accredited laboratories (1) A reference in this Act to an accredited laboratory is a reference to: (a) a laboratory that the International Olympic Committee or WADA recognises as an accredited laboratory for the purpose of testing for the use of drugs in sport; or (b) a laboratory that is recognised by a prescribed organisation as complying with: (i) the International Standards Organisation’s general requirements for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories; or (ii) the requirements set out in a prescribed document. (2) An accredited laboratory may be situated either within or outside Australia.
