61Borrowing from the Commonwealth

#### 61 Borrowing from the Commonwealth (1) The Minister for Finance may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, out of money appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose, lend money to the Agency at such rates of interest and on such other terms and conditions as that Minister determines. (2) The Agency must not borrow money except in accordance with subsection (1). (3) The Agency may give security over the whole or part of its assets for the repayment of amounts borrowed under subsection (1) and the payment of interest on amounts so borrowed.
