54 Reporting requirements
The Agency must, in each annual report, include particulars of the extent to which: (a) the Agency has complied with any strategic plan, and the operational plan, in force during the financial year to which the report relates; and (b) its operations during the financial year to which the report relates have: (i) achieved its objectives as stated in any relevant strategic plan; and (ii) implemented the operational plan in force during that financial year.
