51Revision of annual operational plans

#### 51 Revision of annual operational plans (1) If the Minister is of the opinion that an operational plan in relation to a financial year is inconsistent with the strategic plan relating to the period that includes that year or a part of that year, the Minister may, in writing, request the Agency to revise the operational plan. (2) The Agency may, at any time, revise an operational plan, and must revise the plan if the Minister requests it under subsection (1) to do so and gives written reasons for the request.
