40 Reimbursement of expenses
Where: (a) a member of a committee who is not a member or an employee of the Agency has incurred reasonable expenses in performing his or her duties as a member of the committee; and (b) the Chairperson of the committee has approved the reimbursement of such expenses; the Agency must reimburse such expenses.
