30Terms of office

#### 30 Terms of office (1) The Chairperson and the Deputy Chairperson: (a) are to be appointed on a part‑time basis; and (b) hold office for such periods (not exceeding 5 years) as are specified in their instruments of appointment, but are eligible for re‑appointment. (2) The Chief Executive: (a) is to be appointed on a full‑time basis; and (b) holds office for such period (not exceeding 5 years) as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment. (3) A member referred to in paragraph 19(1)(d): (a) is to be appointed on a part‑time basis; and (b) holds office for such period (not exceeding 3 years) as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment.
