25Conduct of meetings

#### 25 Conduct of meetings (1) The Agency may, subject to this Division, regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Agency may permit a member to participate in a meeting by telephone, closed circuit television or any other means of communication. (3) A member who is permitted to participate in a meeting under subsection (2) is to be regarded as being present at that meeting.
