22 Presiding at meetings
(1) The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present. (2) Where the Chairperson is not present at a meeting, the Deputy Chairperson is to preside. (3) Where the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are not present at a meeting, the members present are to elect one of their number to preside at the meeting.
