21 Convening of meetings
(1) The Agency is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (2) The Chairperson: (a) may, at any time, convene a meeting of the Agency; and (b) must, on receipt of a written request from the Minister or from not less than 2 other members, convene a meeting of the Agency.
