#### 20 Appointment of members (1) The members of the Agency are to be appointed by the Minister. (2) The Minister must not appoint a person as a member unless the Minister is satisfied that the person has qualifications relevant to, or special experience or interest in, a field related to the Agency’s functions. (4) The appointment of a member is not invalid because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the member’s appointment.
