#### 17Z Procedures to be followed The procedures to be followed in respect of the making of the request, the collection and testing of the sample and the notifying of the results of the testing of the sample are: (a) if paragraph 17Y(a) applies—the procedures agreed to between the Agency and the foreign sporting organisation; or (b) if paragraph 17Y(b) applies—the procedures agreed to between the Agency and the organisation that asked the Agency to make the request.
