#### 17H Multiple‑purpose testing of samples If a competitor provides a sample when requested to do so by the Agency under a drug testing scheme, then, in addition to any testing under the scheme or for research purposes, the sample may be tested for the purposes of: (a) a contract entered into by the Agency for the provision of drug testing services; or (b) a contract entered into by the Agency for the provision of safety checking services; or both.
