12 Failure to comply with a request to provide a sample
For the purposes of this Part, a competitor fails to comply with a request by the Agency to provide a sample if, and only if: (a) the competitor fails to provide a sample as required by the scheme; or (b) the competitor fails to complete or sign any form required by the scheme to be completed or signed by the competitor; or (c) after providing the sample, the competitor fails to do anything in relation to the sample that is required by the scheme to be done by the competitor.
