#### 43 Allowances and expenses payable for attendances For subsection 192(6) of the Act (which provides for allowances and expenses to be paid in relation to Takeovers Panel proceedings), a person who appears at Takeovers Panel proceedings in response to a summons issued under section 192 of the Act is entitled to be paid allowances and expenses in accordance with Schedule 2.
