#### 83A Exercise of powers etc. for purposes of investigation under corresponding law Where an investigation is being conducted under the provisions of a law of another jurisdiction that correspond to this Part, actions may be taken, and powers may be exercised, within this jurisdiction, for the purposes of that investigation as if the investigation were being conducted under this Part.
