81Report under Division 1

#### 81 Report under Division 1 Subject to section 82, where a copy of a report under Division 1 or a corresponding law of another jurisdiction purports to be certified by the Commission as a true copy of such a report, the copy is admissible in a proceeding (other than a criminal proceeding) as prima facie evidence of: (a) the Commission’s report of its opinion for the purposes of paragraph 461(1)(h) or subparagraph 583(c)(iii) of the Corporations Law of this jurisdiction; and (b) any facts or matters that the report states the Commission to have found to exist.
