#### 39A Commission may give copy of book relating to registered scheme to another person (1) The Commission may, subject to such conditions (if any) as it imposes, give to a person a copy of any book in its possession that relates to a registered scheme. (2) If a copy of a book is given to a person under subsection (1) subject to conditions, the person, and any other person who has possession, custody or control of the copy or a copy of it, must comply with the conditions. Penalty: 10 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 months, or both.
