#### 29 Commission may inspect books without charge (1) A book that a national scheme law of this jurisdiction requires a person to keep shall be open for inspection (without charge) by a person authorised in writing by the Commission. (2) A person authorised under this section may require a person in whose possession the book is to make the book available for inspection by the first‑mentioned person. (3) An authorisation under this section may be of general application or may be limited by reference to the books to be inspected.
