210Meetings

#### 210 Meetings (1) The Chairperson shall convene such meetings of the Disciplinary Board as he or she considers necessary for the performance of its functions. (2) The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Disciplinary Board. (3) At a meeting of the Disciplinary Board, the Chairperson and one member constitute a quorum. (4) A question arising at a meeting of the Disciplinary Board shall be determined by a majority of votes of the persons present and voting. (5) At a meeting, the Chairperson has a deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, also has a casting vote. (6) Subject to this section, the procedures for convening meetings of the Disciplinary Board and for the conduct of business by the Disciplinary Board shall be as the Disciplinary Board determines.
