#### 201 Powers of Court where non‑compliance with section 192 (1) This section applies where the Panel, as constituted for the purposes of particular Panel proceedings, is satisfied that a person has, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a requirement made under section 192 in, or in relation to, those proceedings. (2) The Panel as so constituted may by writing certify the failure to the Court. (3) If the Panel does so, the Court may inquire into the case and may order the person to comply with the requirement as specified in the order.
