167 Trust money to be paid into bank account
The Advisory Committee shall ensure that trust money is paid into an account or accounts: (a) maintained by the Advisory Committee under section subsection 18(2) of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997; and (b) containing only trust money.
