#### 122 Staff seconded to the Commission
In addition to the other staff members:
(a) officers and employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999), and of authorities of the Commonwealth, whose services are made available to the Commission in connection with the performance or exercise of any of its functions or powers; and
(b) persons whose services are so made available under arrangements made under section 249;
shall assist the Commission.
