#### 10 Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson (1) The Governor‑General shall appoint as Chairperson of the Commission a person who is, or is to be, a full‑time member and may appoint as Deputy Chairperson of the Commission a person (other than the Chairperson) who is, or is to be, a full‑time member. > Note: For the manner in which the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson may be referred to, see section 18B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
