21 Engagement of consultants
(1) The Council may, on behalf of the Commonwealth engage persons (whether in Australia or overseas) to furnish advice to, or perform services for, the Council otherwise than as members of the staff referred to in section 19. (2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under subsection (1) shall be such as are determined by the Council. (3) In this section, person includes an unincorporated body or association (including a partnership).
