19 Staff
(1) The staff required to assist the Council in the performance of its functions are to be persons appointed or employed under the Public Service Act 1922 and made available for the purpose by the Secretary to the Department. (2) Members of the staff referred to in subsection (1) are to perform their duties in accordance with the directions of the Council, the Chairperson or a person (if any) appointed by the Council, by resolution, to be its representative for the purposes of this subsection. (3) The Council may, by resolution, revoke an appointment under subsection (2).
