#### 33 Terms and conditions of designated committee members (1) A member of a designated committee holds office for the period determined by the Minister. (2) A member of a designated committee holds office on the terms and conditions (in relation to matters not otherwise covered by this Act) determined by the Minister. (3) A designated committee member may resign by giving the Minister a written resignation. (4) The Minister may at any time terminate the appointment of a designated committee member.
