29Board committees

#### 29 Board committees (1) The Board must establish a committee to be known as the College of Experts to assist the Board in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers. (2) The Board may establish other committees: (a) to assist the Board in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers; and (b) to assist the CEO in the CEO’s performance of the CEO’s functions. (3) A committee is to consist of such persons (whether Board members or not) as the Board determines. (4) The Board may determine: (a) a committee’s terms of reference; and (b) the terms and conditions of appointment of the members of a committee; and (c) the procedures to be followed by a committee. (5) The Board may abolish a committee established under subsection (2) at any time.
