This Act has been repealed and is no longer in force. It is retained for historical reference.
This regulation expands ARENA’s statutory mandate to formally support the Clean Energy Innovation Fund by assisting the Clean Energy Finance Corporation in running the fund, helping project proponents prepare funding proposals, and giving expert advice to the CEFC. It affects ARENA (new duties), the CEFC (administrative and advisory support), and clean‑energy developers (stronger application help), creating a legal bridge to help early‑stage renewable projects move toward commercial finance.
