67Application of ARENA’s money

#### 67 Application of ARENA’s money (1) ARENA’s money consists of: (a) money paid to ARENA under section 65; and (b) any other money received by ARENA. (2) ARENA’s money is to be applied only: (a) in providing financial assistance in accordance with this Act; and (b) in payment of remuneration and allowances payable under this Act; and (c) in payment or discharge of any other expenses, charges, obligations and liabilities incurred or undertaken by ARENA in the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers. (4) Subsection (2) does not prevent investment, under section 59 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, of money that is not immediately required for the purposes of ARENA.
