#### 37 Resignation of appointed members (1) An appointed member may resign his or her appointment by giving the Minister and the Finance Minister a written resignation. (2) The resignation takes effect on: (a) the day it is received by the Minister and the Finance Minister (or if those Ministers receive it on different days, the later of those days); or (b) if a later day is specified in the resignation—that later day.
