#### 30 Appointment of Board members (1) Board members (other than the Secretary) are to be appointed: (a) by the Minister by written instrument, with the agreement of the Finance Minister; and (b) on a part‑time basis. (2) A person is not eligible for appointment as a Board member unless the Minister is satisfied that the person has experience or knowledge in at least one of the following fields: (a) renewable energy technology; (b) commercialisation; (c) business investment; (d) corporate governance.
