93 Exempt dealings with controlled material or controlled apparatus
(1) A declaration that was in force under subsection 44(2) immediately before the commencement time has effect, after the commencement time, as if it had been made under subsection 44(2) as amended by the amending instrument. (2) A declaration that was in force under subsection 44(4) immediately before the commencement time has effect, after the commencement time, as if it had been made under subsection 44(4) as amended by the amending instrument.
