Section 58, as amended by the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2021, applies in relation to: (a) licences issued before, on or after the day those Regulations commence; and (b) accidents that happen on or after the day those Regulations commence.
