84 State and Territory laws that do not apply to activities of controlled or permitted persons
For the purposes of section 83 of the Act, the following laws of a State or Territory are prescribed: (a) the Protection from Harmful Radiation Act 1990 (NSW); (b) the Radiation Act 2005 (Vic.); (c) the Radiation Safety Act 1999 (Qld); (d) the Radiation Safety Act 1975 (WA); (e) the Radiation Protection and Control Act 2021 (SA); (f) the Radiation Protection Act 2005 (Tas.); (g) the Radiation Protection Act 2006 (ACT); (h) the Radiation Protection Act 2004 (NT).
