81 Practices and procedures to be followed by controlled persons
Controlled persons must follow the practices and procedures described in the following: (a) the Code of Practice and Safety Guide for Radiation Protection and Radioactive Waste Management in Mining and Mineral Processing (2005) (Radiation Protection Series No. 9), published by the CEO, as existing on 8 December 2018; (b) the Security Code of Practice; (c) the Transport Code.
