73 Application of this Part
For the purposes of paragraph 85(2)(a) of the Act, this Part requires practices and procedures to be followed and measures to be taken by controlled persons in relation to: (a) activities relating to controlled facilities; and (b) dealings with controlled apparatus or controlled material.
