63 Obtaining CEO’s approval for certain changes
Before doing either of the following, the holder of a licence must obtain the CEO’s approval to do it if it will have significant implications for safety: (a) changing anything described in the application for the licence; (b) modifying the controlled apparatus, controlled material or controlled facility described in the licence.
