45 How application for facility licence or source licence for Commonwealth entity is to be made
An application for a facility licence, or source licence, for a Commonwealth entity (except an employee) must be made: (a) in the name of a Department or the entity; and (b) by the chief executive of the Department or entity or by a person authorised by the chief executive.
