25 Meetings
(1) The Minister or the CEO may, by written notice to the Council, direct the Council to hold meetings at the times and places, and to deal with matters in the manner, stated in the notice. (2) If the Minister or the CEO has not given written notice to the Council under subsection (1), the Council may hold the meetings at the times and places, and may deal with matters in the manner, that the Council considers necessary for the performance of its functions. (3) Subject to this Division, the procedure of a meeting of the Council is as decided by the Council.
