#### 63 Reporting guidelines to be published by CEO (1) For paragraph 15(1)(i) of the Act, the CEO must make guidelines about: (a) how the CEO will report on the operations of the Agency; and (b) how licence holders will report their compliance with the Act, these regulations and licence conditions; and (c) how inspection of controlled facilities, controlled apparatus and controlled materials will be conducted. (2) The CEO must publish a draft of the guidelines, and invite public comments on the draft, within 12 months of the commencement of these regulations. > Note: These regulations commence on gazettal: see regulation 2.
