55A Time for payment of annual charge
The annual charge for a facility licence or a source licence must be paid: (a) for a licence held during the financial year ending on 30 June 2000—on or before 30 days after the commencement of this regulation; and (b) for a licence held during the financial year ending on 30 June 2001—on or before the later of: (i) 30 days after the commencement of this regulation; and (ii) 30 days after the date when the licence was issued; and (c) for a licence held during a later financial year—on or before the later of: (i) 31 July in that financial year; and (ii) 30 days after the date when the licence was issued.
