(1) The holder of a licence may do a thing mentioned in paragraph 51(a) or (b) that is unlikely to have significant implications for safety without the CEO’s approval. (2) The holder of a licence must, within 3 months after doing a thing as mentioned in subregulation (1), tell the CEO about the thing. (3) However, subregulation (2) does not apply to the extent that the licence makes other arrangements for a matter mentioned in that subregulation.
