49 Managing safety
(1) The holder of a facility licence must take all reasonably practicable steps to manage the safety of the facility, including: (a) having in place plans and arrangements of the kind mentioned in item 4 of the table in clause 1 of Schedule 3; and (b) ensuring that such plans and arrangements are implemented to the extent reasonably practicable. (2) The holder of a source licence must take all reasonably practicable steps to manage the safety of the source, including: (a) having in place plans and arrangements of the kind mentioned in item 4 of the table in clause 2 of Schedule 3; and (b) ensuring that such plans and arrangements are implemented to the extent reasonably practicable.
