#### 12 Radiation Health and Safety Advisory Council (1) The Radiation Health and Safety Advisory Council is established under section 19 of the Act. (2) Each member of the Council, other than the CEO, is appointed under subsection 21(2) of the Act. (3) The Chair of the Council is appointed under subsection 21(6) of the Act. (4) Under section 29 of the Act, the regulations may prescribe matters relating to the Council, including, but not limited to, the term of appointment of members, resignation of members, disclosure of interests by members and procedural matters. (5) This Division sets out some of the matters relating to the Council.
