(1) Part 4 applies in relation to selection processes for vacancies that first exist after the commencement time. (2) Despite the repeal of the old directions by this instrument, Part 3 of the old directions continues to apply, as if the repeal had not happened, in relation to selection processes for vacancies that first exist before the commencement time.
