2‑1 Definitions
(1) In this Part:
the Act means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998.
Note: Terms used in this Part have the same meaning as in the Act—see subsection 1‑5(1) of this instrument.
(2) Expressions that are: (a) defined in subsection 50(6) of the Act; and (b) used in this instrument; have the same meaning as they have in subsection 50(6) of the Act.
