Despite the repeal of the old regulations by this instrument, regulation 5 of the old regulations continues to apply, as if the repeal had not happened, in relation to: (a) any article carried by post that is opened under Division 3 of Part 7B of the Act before the commencement time; and (b) a thing contained in an article of that kind.
