40 Minister may give direction to Australia Post
(1) Despite section 49 of the Act, the Minister may, if the Minister thinks fit, direct Australia Post, by notice in writing, to act in accordance with a recommendation made in a report. (2) The Minister must consult with the Board before giving a direction. (3) A direction must not be inconsistent with subsection 32A(2) of the Act.
